Inspired by losing my father to suicide at 13, and the recent loss of our friend Lara who helped me realise my dream of making this happen in 2023 and went one step further with her determination to promote suicide awareness with the Portsmouth Baton of Hope. S.A.L.T exists to ensure no one feels alone.

With music, movement, creativity and vital support services, we bring hope, connection and life-saving conversations to our community. We strive to keep this event free of charge to the community to ensure there are no barriers to attending. Which is why I need your help.
